FOR THE ANDERSONVILLE LOCATION/Nights and Weekends a Must! Bi-lingual preferred. Title: Kitchen Supervisor Reports to: Sous Chef, Head Chef, General Manager, Director of Culinary Operations, Culinary Director Position Objective: The Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for some Expediting, some Line cooking, Events execution and Prep. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Control food consistency, and quality. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen. Manage some kitchen staff, delegate appropriately to culinary management as needed. Maintain positive relationships and collaboration with the culinary team. Monitor and maintain line plating to meet set standards. Serve as a role model, lead by example and demonstrate professionalism. Utilize labor effectively to meet budgets - shifts should be scheduled for line, prep, and / or expo. Ensure events/catering are executed properly. This role requires the following certifications: Food Manager Allergen Training May perform other duties as they arise Must be able to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods of time
